I am a certified Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Postnatal yoga teacher, as well as a Swedish Massage and Level 1 ZenThai Shiatsu practitioner, dedicated to helping individuals connect more deeply with their body and mind.
My teaching style blends strength with softness, encouraging students to build resilience while also learning when to pause, release, and create space.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at some of Brisbane’s leading yoga studios and gyms, including Anytime Fitness, EMF, Perform360, YMCA, Flex Hot Yoga, Bend & Fly, and Raw Power Yoga.
My vision is to continue sharing yoga and bodywork as a way to nurture balance, focus, and self-awareness, both on and off the mat. Corporate and private group yoga sessions can be arranged, either at my home studio or your venue.
